There are a few possible reasons why your flight may not appear:

• The flight number or departure date is incorrect
• The flight has already departed
• The flight is a charter flight with limited or no public tracking data

Please double-check your flight details and try again.

If you believe this is an error, contact us through the app or email us at onlyflights.app@gmail.com, and we’ll look into it.

Try searching for the airline using its English name or IATA code.
If the airline still doesn’t appear, please contact us through the app or email us at onlyflights.app@gmail.com, and we’ll look into it.

Currently, OnlyFlights supports importing flights from Flighty, AITA, and Flight Diary.
If you previously used another app, please contact us through the app or email us at onlyflights.app@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to add support for that file format.

Terminal and gate information depends on the airline and airport. In some cases, this information isn’t provided to the systems we receive data from.

OnlyFlights does its best to collect and display as much information as possible, but if the airline or airport hasn’t submitted terminal or gate details yet, they may not appear in the app.

Every flight-tracking app relies on its own set of aviation data sources.
OnlyFlights combines data from multiple sources to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. Because different apps may use different sources or update at different times, you may occasionally see small differences in times, status, or details.

Flight tracking data in OnlyFlights is updated in real time.

Whenever a change occurs - such as a status update, delay, or gate change—we receive alerts from our data sources and immediately send the update to the app, so you always see the latest available information.

OnlyFlights Pro gives you unlimited flight tracking for the duration of your active subscription.
Your access remains available until the end of the current billing period. When the subscription ends, your account automatically returns to the free version.

We don’t offer a traditional free trial or require a subscription upfront.
Instead, OnlyFlights lets you experience Pro features on one free flight, no subscription needed.
Here’s how it works:

• Track one flight with full Pro features
• Get a real preview of live tracking, alerts, and premium data
• No payment, no trial period, no automatic charges

After that flight, you can decide whether Pro is worth it for you.
We believe this is the fairest way to try OnlyFlights Pro - by using it on a real flight, with real value, before subscribing.

Yes - you can cancel your subscription at any time. OnlyFlights uses Apple App Store subscriptions, so you’re always in full control.

How to cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select OnlyFlights
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Once canceled:

• You won’t be charged again after the current billing period ends
• You’ll keep access to Pro features until your paid period expires
• Your account will automatically switch back to the free plan - no extra action needed

⚠️ Important: Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so OnlyFlights can’t cancel them on your behalf.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

If you’ve already purchased OnlyFlights Pro and don’t see your subscription, you can restore it in just a few steps:

1. Open the OnlyFlights app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Restore option
4. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy the subscription

Your Pro features should unlock instantly.

If it doesn’t work:

• Double-check that you’re using the correct Apple ID
• Ensure the subscription is still active in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Try restarting the app after restoring

ℹ️ Purchases are managed by Apple, so restoring works automatically across devices linked to the same Apple ID.

Yes. OnlyFlights Pro syncs across all your devices as long as you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.

Here’s how it works:

• Your Pro subscription is automatically recognized on all supported devices
• You can use OnlyFlights Pro on multiple iPhones and iPads linked to the same Apple ID
• No need to purchase the subscription again
• If you change or upgrade your device, your subscription can be restored instantly

If Pro doesn’t appear on a new device, just use Restore option in the app, and you’ll be all set.

Yes. OnlyFlights offers a yearly Pro plan that supports Apple Family Sharing.

With Family Sharing enabled:

• One yearly subscription can be shared with your family group
• Eligible family members get access to OnlyFlights Pro on their own devices
• Each person keeps their own flights and data private
• No need to purchase multiple subscriptions

Family Sharing is managed through your Apple ID settings, and availability follows Apple’s App Store rules.

ℹ️ Note: Make sure Family Sharing is turned on for subscriptions in your Apple ID settings for family members to access Pro features.

Yes. You can upgrade from the regular yearly plan to the family yearly plan at any time.

When you upgrade:

• Apple will switch your subscription to the family plan immediately
• You’ll be charged only the price difference, adjusted based on how much time is left in your current billing period
• Your Pro access continues without interruption
• Family Sharing becomes available right away

All upgrades are handled securely by Apple App Store, so pricing adjustments and billing are calculated automatically.
